I hereby grant L & J Consultants permission to take/use photographs of my residence for the sole purpose of the production of locally distributed postcards. No other publication or reproduction of these photos will occur under the control of L & J Consultants without prior notification or permission.
I will make no monetary or other claims against L & J Consultants for the production and public resale of these postcards, and no cost will occur to me for any reproduction expenses.
I grant permission for photos to be taken of my residence to be used solely for the reproduction and marketing of these postcards.
